Evaluation of Similarity-Measure Factors for Formulae Based on the NTCIR-11 Math Task

چکیده
In this paper we evaluate the similarity-measure factors proposed by Zhang and Youssef based on the NTCIR-11 gold standard. In contrast to Zhang and Youssef we evaluate them individually. The evaluation indicates that four of five factors are relevant. The fifth factor alone is of lower relevance than the other four factors. However, we do not prove that the fifth factor is irrelevant. Team Name Formula Search Engine (FSE)
